How GDCS Document Review Works

GDCS reviews dental insurance documents and explains what the documents appear to show, what issues may matter, and what questions to ask next.

What GDCS Reviews

GDCS provides document-based dental insurance review for denied claims, underpaid claims, pre-treatment estimates, reimbursement questions, out-of-country dental treatment questions, and other dental insurance document issues.

The review is based on the documents submitted, such as EOBs, denial letters, dental bills, treatment estimates, claim forms, receipts, plan excerpts, and related notes.

What You Receive

GDCS explains the main issue shown in the documents, the claim or coverage factors that may matter, and the practical next-step questions to ask the dental office or insurance company.

The standard case review offer is $25. Most reviews are completed within 24-48 hours after the required information is received.

What GDCS Does Not Do

GDCS does not file claims, does not provide dental, medical, or legal advice, does not contact the insurance company or dental office on your behalf, and does not guarantee insurance payment, reimbursement, denial reversal, savings, or a specific outcome.
