Trust, Privacy & Scope
Global Dental Claim Solutions (GDCS) provides document-based dental insurance clarity. GDCS helps patients understand EOBs, denials, estimates, dental bills, claim forms, treatment plans, and related PPO documents when nobody has clearly explained what happened.
About GDCS
GDCS was founded by G Pacheco. G has hands-on dental PPO claim support experience and built GDCS around plain-language document review.
GDCS reviews the documents you provide and explains what they appear to show, what may be missing, and what questions may make sense to ask the insurer or dental office.
What GDCS Reviews
GDCS can review EOBs, dental claim denials, estimates, bills, claim forms, treatment plans, receipts, plan excerpts, and related PPO documents.
The review may help explain PPO claim math, allowed amount, accepted fee, submitted fee, PPO adjustments, deductible, coinsurance, annual maximum, downgrade wording, alternate benefit language, patient responsibility, and documents that may be missing.
What GDCS Does Not Do
GDCS does not file claims, submit appeals, submit corrected claims, contact insurance companies on behalf of clients, contact dental offices on behalf of clients, guarantee payment or reimbursement, provide legal advice, or provide medical advice.
GDCS does not replace your insurer, dental office, employer plan administrator, attorney, or licensed professional.
Document Handling
Only upload documents you want GDCS to review for your Dental Insurance Clarity Review.
GDCS uses submitted documents to complete the requested review, explain what the documents appear to show, and communicate with you about the case. Submitted documents are not used to guarantee insurance outcomes.
Do not upload Social Security numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. You may cover unrelated information that is not needed to understand the dental insurance issue.
Helpful details often include procedure codes, dates of service, tooth numbers if applicable, submitted fees, allowed amounts, paid amounts, patient responsibility, denial wording, EOB notes, claim status, and related plan language.
If the documents are incomplete, GDCS may request clarification or additional documents before completing the review.
